Yellowstone seems to have just about every landscape type – mountains, rivers, meadows, forests, canyons, hot springs, geysers, volcanos. It is just fabulously amazing to drive around the park. What a national treasure.
Kathy & I stopped at the “Brink of the Upper Falls” of the Yellowstone River as we started our trip home. A short hike from the parking lot brought us to an observation deck at the very brink of the falls. Look left to see the river below the falls. Look down to see the water going over the edge. Look right and you see a scene such this one shown.
Our stop was peaceful until a tour bus arrived and the observation deck suddenly became very crowded. Obviously a popular spot! When you go, if you can arrange it, go during the off season – unless you really like large crowds.
VERY GOOD !! GREEN TREE BACKGROUND ..GREAT
